When booking an appointment you will be asked to supply card details to guarantee the slot.
We have a zero policy on no show appointments and ask that you let us know at least 24 hour prior if you can't make the appointment. Any cancellations or no shows less than 24 hours will be charged at full price. ( we will always endeavour to fill the slot, but if this is not possible due to time constraints then payment will be taken )
